Legal Question in Banking Law in Florida
If you commit a crime and enter a plea agreement, and you are given a 5 yr suspended prision term, 10yr probation...2 yrs later violate that probation, but are charged at a federal level, plead guilty and are doing time in a federal prision....The state you committed your original, revokes your probation, while you are serving time in feds.. Will the state give you credit for the time you are serving currently, or are they considered seperate charges....Someone Please help
