Legal Question in Banking Law in Florida
We cosigned on a few loans for my son's restaurant business. He is now showing a profit but refuses to refinance to clear our name. Is there a legal way to make him do this or are we stuck until he pays the loans?

You are stuck, unless there is some agreement to require early payment.
