Legal Question in Banking Law in Florida
My girlfriend gave cas. To her sister to hold it for her. Her sister went to a bank and put it into a cd to save it for here. My girlfriend never asked her to do that and now has to wait 3 months for it.
We are in Florida is this legal?

yes. why she gave it to her in the first place is a mystery, but having done so, i do not think she can complain that her gf kept it safe in a reasponsible way.
