Legal Question in Banking Law in Florida
hello
I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH A CUSTOMER AND BASED ON IT HE OWES ME X AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE PAID OFF IN X AMOUNT OF TIME . I WOULD LIKE TO PUT A LEAN AGAINST A PRODUCT UNTIL HE PAYS IT OFF.

If you all did not agree that your interest would be secured by a lien on his property, then you have no legal basis to seek a lien on his property at this time.
