Legal Question in Banking Law in Florida
How do I get my mom to stop sending money to the Philippine.
Or how do I make sure that my dad’s money can be safe from her taking it to send to the Philippines.

If your mother is competent, she can send her money wherever she wants to. Talk to your parents

There’s probably not a lot you can do about that unless your father is impaired and is being taken advantage of by your mother. If your father is impaired you can go to the police department and tell them what’s going on and ask for advice.
