Legal Question in Banking Law in Florida
My mother is in a coma,and have been for two weeks. she have a house payment and several other bills that need paying,i am on her bank in the event that she pass. how can i get the money to pay the bills?

If you are on the account, then you can write a check. Go to the bank and get a check. Get with the bank manager to explain what is happening.
