How do we prove/show that our
''little'' rv chapter is a non-profit
org. and receive an id number?

There is an IRS form you will need to complete; it is long and detailed. But you do not have to file the form before you qualify for non-profit status. Feel free to contact me regarding this; we'd handle it over the phone and with email even if I were in your town.
