Legal Question in Banking Law in Florida
What can I do if over a period of 3 months my bank in England has been tardy in selling some shares I have and over a period of 7 weeks has failed to transfer monet from said bank to my bank in Florida? I really want to sue these people. Help!

You will need a UK solicitor (barristers don't go to court, and they are the equivalent of US paralegals). I think no matter what country, you need to prove damages in order to be successful in a lawsuit.
