Legal Question in Banking Law in Florida
If I previously paid a bill with an electronic check, is it OK for a bank to do it again without my permission? The account is from a different bank. The bank created a fictitious check number and electronically signed my name/

The bank is not entitled to create a fictitious check number. if there is any mistake, you should take up with the bank.
