Legal Question in Banking Law in Florida
how do i protect my money from credit card debt after i die. do i give it to my g-daughter now?

You do not have to give it to your granddaughter now (especially if you do not think she is financially responsible/mature). I suggest you place your funds in a trust account for her. The trustee can distribute the funds for your granddaughter's care (i.e. food, clothing, shelter, college, etc.) and can fully turn the remaining funds over to her at an age that you designate (i.e. on her 21st or 30th birthday, etc).
