Legal Question in Banking Law in Florida
If I write a personal check to a friend as a gift and change my mind in a couple days and put a "stop pay" on the check thru my bank and notify my friend. Are there any FL laws that determine how to resolve this conflict with my ex friend? please respond to [email protected] thanks for any assistance.
