Legal Question in Banking Law in Florida
I wrote a post dated check, the check was cashed prior to the date i wrote, but the date was altered by the company, it read 1/8/10 on the date bar and on the note bar Jan 8th, when i recieved a copy of the check the date read 12/18/10 and the note Jan 1th, is this legal.
