Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
1 Million dollar SBA personal loan guarantee for a company doing subdivision water and sewer work that due to no new subdivisions company is doing small contract sprinlker, pool, misc work. Only paying interest on loan. House not worth mortgage. Can they take house, car, everything and still owe balance for the rest of our life?
