Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
What should we do?
We have an 80/20 mortgage being held by two different banks. Both loans are interest only. My husband and I are both working, but not making enough to pay $2100 mortgage payment, other bills and household bills. Are now 3 months behind on mortgage payments and struggling to keep up with other bills. We are considering bankruptcy. Any advice?

You should talk with a bankruptcy attorney to determine if you can strip the second mortgage in a chapter 13.
