Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
I'm 27 years old. I have medical bills, students loans and 2 credit cards which have made my credit score very low. Would I qualify to file for bankruptcy? Which chapter would be better for me to file? And how do I start the process?

You should know in advance that student loans cannot be discharged any more in a bankruptcy case, unless you meet very rare and unusual circumstances such as suffering from a long term disability.
However it might still be worth doing. It's something for you to consider. http://www.superdebtbuster.com
You probably could wipe out all of your credit card debt and medical bills in a chapter 7 bankruptcy. You would definitely benefit from speaking with an experienced bankruptcy attorney in your area. Our office is in Boca Raton and we offer a free initial consultation. We'd be glad to discuss your situation with you.
