Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

Accounts included in Bankruptcy ...is repayment necessary?

I filed for bankruptcy in 10/98, discharged in 1/99. Trying to keep track of my credit report, I noticed that my student loan is listed negatively and listed as ''included in bankruptcy''.I do not understand this, why is the account not listed as current and positive when I am still accountable for repayment and I have continued repayment without interruption? If this account was included in the bankruptcy can I stop payments on the account and NOT be held liable? If thats not possible, how can I list the account as NOT INCLUDED in the bankruptcy since I still am repaying?

Student loans are not discharged and you will have to continue repayment. You will need to contact the credit bureau and the student loan company to work on the problem.
