Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

I need to add some creditors that were left out of my initial filing of chapter 7. I have not had a creditors meeting yet also. What do I need to do?

You need to amend Schedule D of your Petition. However, by amending and adding creditors you may also have to amend other sections of the petition as well(i.e. exemption, etc.). Hope this helps. If your confused or would like assistance I'd recommend seeing a local bankruptcy attorney.
