Adversary proceeding
An adversary proceeding is essentially a lawsuit within a bankruptcy case. All kindsof issues can be raised by adversary proceeding. You should discuss this with yourlawyer. If you don't have one, get one. Youshould not even think of doing anything in bankruptcty without a lawyer.
