The Affects of filing Bankruptcy, Chapter 7 on a finace'
I need to file bakruptcy, chapter 7...I'm a single parent and divorced. My finace is worried it will affect his A+ great credit and wants to put off the wedding because of it. I just want a clean start in life, this will be my first time filing. Will any of my debts and filing bankruptcy affect his credit? We have no bills or anything in both our names, everything is totally separate right now. We want to get married and buy a home in the future, will this hender us or can he get the house just in his name with his credit?

The filing should not effect your beloved's credit. File before 17 October 2005.
