My wife and I are considering filing bankrupcy. My wife and I a number of unsecured credit cards. Some of the credit cards were made out to the business name and personaly to my wife or myself. Can a credit card company legally go after business assets owned by the corporation?

If so how can I protect these assets?

Thanks,
