Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Attorney will not call us back
We retained an attorney to handle
our bankruptcy and paid him in full in
Nov 2008. He will not return our
phone calls. We continue to give our
creditors his phone number. We are
still receiving letters from collections
agency. We have included our home
in the bankruptcy and have move
out of our home into an apartment.
What should we do about him not
returning our calls?? Please help!
