Back pay from bankrupt business
My former employer is filing for bankruptcy and I am still owed two weeks pay. What steps can I take to insure that I am paid the wages I am due.

Is the business filing bankruptcy, or just the owner? If the business is filing you need to make sure that you are listed as a creditor. You will need to file a claim with the trustee in any event.
