Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

I was filing for bancruptcy but Im ending up even worse. They want to take my car and my taxes refund. My car is like $15OO value.How can I dismiss my bancruptcy.

You can file a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal. Bankruptcy cases can only be dismissed for cause. You would need to convince the Bankruptcy Judge in a hearing that dismissal is in your best interest and your creditors would not be placed in a worse position due to a dismissal. This will be tough for you to do with assets and a tax refund coming.
