Bankrupcy in Fl
We moved to Fl and understand we need to be here 91 days prior to filing I want to know if how we prove residency for that period as well as if we need to disclose any holdings with a LLC my husband and I have togeather The only asset in that LLC is a vehicle

You can prove residency by telephone bills, driver�s license, leases, utility service bills, etc� When you sign your petition you are swearing or affirming the information is accurate. The LLC interest must be disclosed as an asset, the value of the asset can be determined by your attorney or CPA.
