My legal address is in Pa but spend most of my time in Fl If I would need to file Bankrupcy can I file In Florida where I spend most of my time

If you are a resident of Pa. then you file there. If you are not sure, I urge you to consult with counsel to determine where you reside, especially for bankruptcy purposes.
