Bankruptcy
I have some 70,000 in credit card debt.plus a car loan. I can pay some bills monthly but its getting harder to do. Can I file bankruptcy against most of the credit card debt only?

Re: Bankruptcy
Your credit card debt is "unsecured debt" and should be discharged in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, should you qualify for one. Your car loan will only be impacted if you stop making payments. There are other factors that need to be considered before deciding whether bankruptcy is right for you. I would contact a bankruptcy attorney to discuss your case further.
