Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Bankruptcy
Could I declare bankruptcy if I own one third of commercial property? The commercial property is family held and the other two partners are not interested in either buying my shares or selling the property in the entirety. We are tenants in common. Does this asset prevent me from declaring bankruptcy?

Re: Bankruptcy
If you otherwise qualify as a debtor, then the ownership of the property will not be an infirmity to filing.
