Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

bankruptcy dismissed 4years ago

in 1995 i filed for bankruptcy for a second time, and was dismissed 4 years later, now i have a better economic condition and i am willing to do a morgage, i've been required for a dicharge letter and i don't have it.what should i do? in my credit report is only 2 unresolved debts wich i already set to pay off.

If your case was dismissed then there was no discharge. Perhaps the statute of limitations has expired. If you wish, reword your question and resubmit.

If your case was "dismissed", then your bankruptcy was concluded and your debts were not discharged (which means they were forgiven). If your bankrutpcy was "discharged", then you could get a copy of the order of discharge from the bankruptcy court by calling the clerk and making sure you can get a copy (any procedures, etc.).
