Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
bankruptcy or forecloser
Ok the question is our house is in forecloser we don't want to save the house because the payments are to high.if we do bankrupcy will it get us out of the forecloser and would we be able to then try to sell the house the the money thats owed or at least most of it and make the rest in payments?whats worse on credit forcloser or bankrupcy.any advice would be helpful thank you for your time.

It depends on whether you have any equity in the home. I suggest you consult with competent counsel. Do it as soon as possible. If you are in south Fl. call us.

If you can make money by selling the home that is an excellant option. Both look bad on your credit but a bankruptcy allows you to start fresh.
