Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Bankruptcy Yes or No
I own a home in Ohio which is being rented out. I am homestead here in Florida. You all know the situation. Owe more on house than it's worth. Plus I am now 1 yr behind on my taxes. I want to file bankruptcy here in Florida, but I want to keep my home in Ohio. Can I do this?
