Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
bankruptcy
My husband and I for the past several years have been successfully buying and selling real estate for our living. As of late we have not been able to sell any of our properties. We currently have 6 properties, 2 of which have renters that are covering the mortgages. We are unfortuneatly looking at filing for bankruptcy. There is no substantial equity in either property, my question is can we hold on to these 2 investment properties?
