If you have a judgment against you from a car accident, generally you can discharge it in bankruptcy. If your driver's license was suspended because of the judgment, you will be able to get your license back too.
We handle a lot of personal bankruptcy cases and would be happy to discuss the situation with you.

As long as it is not criminal restitution, you can discharge it.
