I have a judgement for a loan I personally guaranteed filed against me. If I file for chapter 7 will this do away with this debt and the judgement that is attached to my house.

Re: Bankruptcy with a judgement
If the house is your homestead, it is likely that the judgment lien is not or can be eliminated as a charge against the house. If I am correct, the motivation to file for bankruptcy has been eliminated. You may call to discuss.
