When the new law goes into effect in October 2005 will I be eligible to file chapter 7?

Eligible to file?
The new law goes into effect in October 2005. Several changes will result in consumers not being eligible to file chapter 7. There are homestead issues and income and expense limitations. If you are intending to file and can qualify, time is of the essence.
