Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
New Bankruptcy Law Filing Date
Hi,
I would like to know if I file my bankruptcy papers at the court the first week of October if I will be considered under the current law. I am afraid that if the whole process is not complete by 10/17 that I will be held under the new bankruptcy law. Can someone clarify the whole date thing and what I need to do to file under the current law.
