Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Is bankruptcy an option for me?
I own a small one person business, which is also incorporated. I have both business and personal credit. My personal credit is in my name only, except for the mortgage on our house. My wife's credit is in her name only.
Is it possible for me to file personal bankruptcy without affecting my business' credit or my wife's credit?
