Bankruptcy vs. not paying credit card

Are there any legal eagles out there?

Does anyone know what can a credit card company do legaly if a person does not pay?

Also, if a customer files for bankruptcy it is 10 years on their credit report. If a client

does not pay for the card, will it be 7 years or longer?

A. File suit, File garnishments against wages and bank accounts, Levy and take property including cars, rental property or land and personal property.

A. Yes

Q. If a client does not pay for the card, will it be 7 years or longer?

A. It will stay on their credit for 7 years from the last default. Also, they can file suit and a judgement will stay for the life of the judgement which in Florida is 20 years.
