Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Bankruptcy and Personal Taxes.
Does filing Bankruptcy get rid of the personal taxes we owe back to 1992 get erased? We do not own a house. We have two cars, a 1978 Olds Delta 88, and a 1991 Cutlass Ciera. Also, we have been seperated since March of 2001.

A. Normally yes, unless it was assessed within the past 240 days or you did not file your returns.
