Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Second Bankruptcy
I have previously filed a Chapter 7 and it was discharged in December 1996. Am I within the time frame to file again?
Also, do I have to list my auto loan if I am going to continue to pay it? I do not want it to be listed as ''included in bankrupcy'' on my credit report. Looking through the Q&A database, someone stated that happened to them even though they listed it on the correct schedule. Bankruptcy is bad enough, especially a second time, I want at least to show that the auto loan has been and will continue to be paid on time. If I have to list it, should I just reaffirm it?
