If you file a chapter 7 bankruptcy Can you be arrested for a cash advance?

Arrests and bankruptcy have little in relation. A cash advance would be on a check you have (i.e. payroll, etc.) and the company has advanced funds before they clear from a bank. Postbankruptcy acts are not prohibited.
