bankruptcy to remove drivers licence lien
to restore my licence i have to remove a 12 year old monitary lien, the lien is over 12 thousand dollars. i will never be able to pay it. If i file bankruptcy will it remove the lien?

We often use the bankruptcy process to discharge liens so that a drivers license can be obtained. You still need to speak with an attorney direct but bankruptcy has many consequences.
