Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Is a bankruptcy retainer agreement void if the name in the agreement is a different client of the law firm than the client who signed the agreement? Due to the misprint in the agreement, which is a totally different clients name, would the retainer fee be subject for refund?

You will have to ask the attorney about this. There is no contract with you, if you signed an agreement with them but the preamble names a different person.
