Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Bankruptcy/discharge judgement
I am being sued by a collection agency for a credit card debt. I want to file for bankruptcy, but it is taking time to get a lawyer through my local legal aid. If there is a judgement filed against me before i can file bankruptcy, can i then have that judgement discharged during my bankruptcy?
