Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
i have a case against me for a judgement on an unpaid credit card of $10,000. (I was late 1 time and they raised my interest rate to 30%) I have a house in mine, my dad, and my brothers name. I also have 2 cars in my name. Is any of this property in danger? Should I file bankruptcy?

With out knowing all the details, determining whether bankruptcy is a right fit or not, is not possible. I recommend you contact your local bankruptcy attorney. They at a minimum will provide you with some valuable information. Best of luck.
