Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Even in case of liens for a condo in Florida, will those liens be removed after the filing a buncrupcy chapter 7? If so, then this condo will have no liens even after the owner's death ? (I mean, it will be no liens for beneficiaries in that case). Right?

Bankruptcy by itself does not remove liens from property. If you want to keep the property (which is what is sounds like from your question) then you will have to pay mortgage holders and lien holders in full.
