Can you keep any cash savings?
Can you keep any cash you have. We refinanced our home and took out cash for repairs on our home. Should we wait until we have spent down the money and finished all repairs? We have reciepts for all repairs.

The cash goes against the $1000 of personal property you are allowed to retain under the Florida exemptions.
