Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
went thru chapter 7 bankrupcy last aug. i was told, as does the web, that all deficiencies were discharged. now a different lawyer is saying that his firm is being hired to go after all deficiencies, and i should put all of my assests into a irrevokable trust? what is the bottom line. thanx, rich

The debt that you owed was discharged. There might be a violation of the automatic stay. Consult with the attorney who did the bankruptcy for you.
