chapter 7 bankruptcy
I filed in new york state for chapter 7 in october of 2002. Because of the crisis my only income is social security of $800 per month.
How long must I wait to file a new chapter 7

Eight years from the date you received the discharge on your last chapter 7 bankruptcy.
