Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

I am going to go chapter seven, should i continue trying to pay mortgage, taxes, and home owners insurance, on the property i am surendering???

Depends.... If you are surrendering, why would you pay. Taxes still need to be paid, no matter what.
