Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
chapter 7
Im in debt $55,000 and current income is 2,000. I am single with no kids,i don't own any property, i rent(511.00) most of my debts are medical bills no credit cards my montly expenses run about 1,700.00. i'm scared of filing bankruptcy because of my income. I'm scared that they would reject my petition ( chapter 7). Please help

If you income is $2,000 you should not have a problem filing bankruptcy. Sit down and speak with a bankruptcy attorney.
